I love treks in mountains, because same as in business it teaches me persistence, determination and adaptability to surrounding conditions.
I approached the website technologies when I was 16 and since them I didn't stop. Step by step I moved from developing to project management and consultancy. I enjoy coordinating multidisciplinary pieces of the mosaic, which website project is. It's challenging to make all of the pieces just click in right spot.

As a enthusiast of new technologies, tools and workflows I am often found how I'm trying out new stuff. I can't stand hanging on one technology just because "we used to do it". If there is also other way, which can be better, I don't hesitate to use it.
I am interested in philosophy knowledge-sharing. That's why I try use open-source technologies and if I can, give something in return to community. That is one of the reasons, why I become a huge fan of Drupal. Drupal community is enormous, that's why you can hear with context to Drupal community: "Come for the Code, Stay for the Community".
Outside of above I often dive in automation. Of everything. Because if it can be automatic, why to bother with manual work? That's just a waste of time for everyone :-)
At Freely I mostly care of tech site of things - solution architect, consultancy, performance issues. I often suggest more elegant and re-usable way of doing tasks. Hovewer, that's how I think of it: Do thing right or don't do them at all.
When I get off the work, I love spending time with my girlfriend and my dog Tobík wandering in woods, or even better hiking some mountain in Krkonoše or Beskydy mountains. I love good coffee and animals, they always cheer me up.
Before Freely I worked as a consultant and Drupal developer for Czech Radio, Czech TV and many others.
I have always found pleasure in meeting new people and co-work with them on interesting and challenging projects. I love when I look back and see the results of my work.
Most of all I like the creative part of projects, to analyze the needs and design the solution. At the same time I wanted to do something technical since I was a kid. I find rewarding to challenge the problem and come up with smart solution. All together it makes website project management with occasional developing the right job for me.
I started with simple web presentations with statics coding. When I found out there is Drupal, I fell for it immediately. As it seems funny now, my first Drupal projects were huge complex websites like for Czech Radio. As a time went by I was moving from developing to project management. As a project manager I took care of for example:
To sustain work-life balance I need some relax. Practising Krav Maga works like a charm. It's an awesome practise for my body and for my discipline, which is crucial in project management.

Something about me
There is no chance to be see me getting bored. I am active at my work and in my leisure time. Luckily my job is my hobby, so I spend long hours even after work with studying and designing new concepts.
I approached the graphic design as a little kid, I was drawing all the time, I dove in and it has never let me go. I studied Media graphic designer, and I already started with first paid jobs for my high-school. Website designed naturally followed as it was (and still is) dynamic area. In Freely I honestly do feel "freely" and creative.
Before Freely I designed several projects, including:
